Outdoor LED display is one of the most widely used products in the LED display industry. This product is widely used in outdoor media advertising, community publicity, architectural decoration, public service information display, traffic information guidance, stage performances and other occasions. It is the first choice for outdoor advertising media. Although the market for outdoor LED displays is very popular, many consumers do not know what methods to use for product maintenance.

In daily use, first turn on the control computer to make it work normally, and then turn on the outdoor LED display; when turning off the computer, first turn off the outdoor LED display, and then turn off the computer. If it is found that the outdoor LED display is damaged or other damages, it should be replaced in time, especially the screws, pins, load-bearing beams, etc.

Outdoor LED display screens regularly inspect the screen body and the surface of the solder joints of the steel structure to see if there is any peeling off. If there is any peeling or rust problem, it should be coated with anti-rust paint or anti-rust paste in time.

The power supply of the LED display should be stable, and the grounding protection should be good. It cannot be used in harsh natural environments, especially under severe thunderstorms. The reliability of lightning rods and grounding systems should be checked regularly. During the rainy season, the frequency of checking the outdoor LED display should be appropriately increased to ensure that there is no touch screen phenomenon.

Frequently check whether the outdoor LED display power and signal cables are damaged or bitten. LED displays need to check the distribution system every six months. Outdoor LED display screens exposed to outdoor environment for a long time are easy to be contaminated with dust. Alcohol or brushes, straws, etc. can be used to absorb dust, but not directly with a wet cloth.

Single functions such as start, stop, tuning, and program list are tested one by one according to the regular automatic preset mode of the outdoor LED display. Outdoor LED display has a rest time of no less than 2 hours a day, and use it at least once during the rainy season; the screen should be turned on at least once a month and lit for more than 2 hours.
